When you order, tell me about your character in the personalization box — class, species, alignment, favorite color, or anything else you'd like me to know. I'll pull your items from the loot tables, then theme them around your preferences. You'll still get a surprise mix, but it'll be curated to fit you and your character.

You don't – that's the fun of it! You can find the full loot table in every box's description, so you always know what items are available. But you won't know exactly what you get until I pull it.

I'll do my best – if you have preferences, please add them to your personalization note. I can honor up to three item exclusions. You can also request up to one preferred/wishlist item – while I cannot guarantee item requests, I'll do my best to work items in when the box allows.

You can add filming to any Adventure Kits or ROLL FOR LOOT boxes for $7. Regardless of whether or not your box is filmed, all boxes ship with a list of your pulls and the order in which they came out. Filmed boxes are uploaded to my socials, @julia.the.dm on Instagram and TikTok. Class kits and sheets packages are not filmed, as they are pre-set boxes.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Your video will be posted around your order delivery date; though it will not always be the exact same date. If you have a preference (e.g. you want to see your video before you get your order or vice versa), please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your preferences.

We want every box to arrive in perfect condition. If any item shows up damaged, broken, or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.

That said, the magic of a mystery box is in the surprise. Because the contents are randomized and concealed by design, we can't accept returns or issue refunds based on what's inside. You might roll a nat 20, you might roll a 7 — but every box is packed with real value, and the mystery is part of the fun.

US orders are eligible for free shipping on orders of $74 or more. For orders under $74, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We currently ship to some international countries including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, and United Arab Emirates. We're working on enabling additional international shipping (delays due to tax rules and regulations).
